Main duties:

• Provide functional support for SAP SD modules in AMS projects.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
• Gather business requirements and propose appropriate SAP SD solutions.
• Perform system configuration and support enhancements based on business needs.
• Conduct impact analysis, functional specification preparation, testing, and user acceptance support.
• Collaborate with SAP developers, Basis, and cross-functional consultants (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support data validation, transport management, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Information System or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects for SD module at SAP consulting firms.
• Proficient in English (4 skills)
• Strong leadership & management skill
• Good problem-solving skill, analytical and logical thinking.
• Experience in S/4HANA is a strong advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in tight schedule with under pressure.
• Willing to travel both domestics and overseas on business trip.
