Job Responsibilities
Role Summary
As a professional and reliable consultant role, responsible for end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation within the designated area, acting as a bridge between business and IT, driving standardized process adoption with both process and technical responsibility, and ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, cost, and timeline in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement gathering and design solutions based on SAP Best Practices, driving process standardization.
- Perform system configuration and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivery quality.
- Coordinate business, development, and third-party resources to drive key decisions and issue resolution.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, propose actionable mitigation plans, and ensure follow-through.
- Support data migration, go-live preparation, and hypercare to ensure a smooth transition.
- Capture and standardize implementation knowledge and assets to improve reusability.
Job Tasks
- Accept template training and handover from Design & Build team for rollout.
- Conduct workshops to gather and clarify business requirements, and document functional specifications and potential business changes as required.
- Configure SAP system settings and perform unit testing to ensure solution accuracy.
- Prepare and execute test cases for SIT and UAT, and track defect resolution end-to-end.
- Support data preparation, cleansing, and execute migration activities.
- Conduct user role assignment according to template role concept.
- Provide end-user training and prepare training materials and user guides.
- Monitor project progress, update status reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively drive and lead cross-functional alignment across business processes and system integration.
- Support go-live activities and provide hypercare support to resolve post-go-live issues.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP implementation experience (in at least one module such as MM, SD, FI/CO, EWM, etc.).
- Familiar with S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred) and end-to-end business processes.
- Strong business acumen and structured thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive results under pressure.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full lifecycle project experience (from Blueprint to Go-live).
- Experience with integration scenarios (e.g., Sales Portal, third-party system interfaces).
- Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments.
