Role Summary
Serve as the primary bridge between the global SAP S/4HANA program team and the Vietnam site, ensuring all Vietnam activities align with global design, standards, timelines, and deployment methodology.
Key Responsibilities
GlobalLocal Coordination
Represent Vietnam in global meetings across design, testing, data migration, integration, and deployment.
Translate global program decisions into clear guidance and action plans for Vietnam teams.
FittoTemplate & Localization
Lead Vietnam's fitgap process and promote adoption of the global template.
Escalate only essential regulatory or local operational requirements.
Testing & Data Migration Support
Coordinate Vietnam involvement in global SIT and lead local UAT preparation and execution.
Support Vietnam SMEs in meeting data migration requirements through multiple mock cycles.
Cutover & Hypercare Readiness
Prepare Vietnam's cutover tasks, downtime communication, and operational readiness.
Facilitate effective hyper care support between global teams and Vietnam end users.
Change Management & Training
Localize global OCM and training plans for Vietnam.
Ensure key users and end users are adequately trained and ready for golive.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience working in SAP programs, with a proven track record in global SAP rollout projects.
Strong background in globallocal coordination and cross-functional delivery.
Fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Japanese.
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, Agile + Waterfall delivery, UAT, data migration, and cutover processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
