Overall Expectations
The role is responsible for supporting SAP activities across TCX and Masan Group subsidiaries, with a primary focus on SAP MM (Materials Management) and Retail Store Operation modules. This position ensures stable system operations, provides functional consultancy, and contributes to digital transformation initiatives across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional consultancy and perform system configuration for SAP MM and Retail Store Operation modules. Support daily operational issues and ensure system stability for Masan Group subsidiaries.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops. Develop, maintain, and update business process documentation and technical specifications.
- Work closely with other functional teams including Master Data, FICO, LOG, and IT departments within TCX to ensure seamless system integration and efficient problem resolution.
- Actively contribute to SAP-related digital transformation and internal system implementation projects within TCX and Masan Group subsidiaries.
- Ensure SAP systems and IT processes strictly comply with TCX and Masan Group's information security standards and policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and Retail Store Operation support.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of system design and development framework (RICEF).
- Solid business and technical knowledge in Master Data, Production, Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), and Retail Sales.
- Experience in system integration via EDI/ALE/IDOC (e.g., Supplier Portal, 3rd-party WMS).
- Experience in ERP migration and data migration using tools such as LSMW, eCATT, and LTMC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior involvement in SAP implementation or rollout projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements through user interviews and process mapping.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong awareness of data security and confidentiality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure with minimal supervision.
