Job Description
Lead and deliver S/4HANA MM implementation and migration projects across full lifecycle (from requirement gathering to go-live support)
Conduct business process workshops (AS-IS / TO-BE) to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP configurations
Configure and optimize core SAP MM components.
Perform FIT/GAP analysis, propose solutions, and drive enhancements across MM processes.
Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, integration) for custom developments and enhancements.
Support data migration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover activities
Ensure seamless integration between MM and other SAP modules (FI, SD, PP, etc.)
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
Job requirement:
8+ years of SAP MM/Procurement functional consulting experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Deep hands-on configuration expertise across core MM components: Purchasing (PO, PR, RFQ, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements), Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, and Material Master
Proven ability to conduct business process workshops and translate requirements into SAP solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage confidently at both business and IT leadership levels
