Role: Senior SAP MM Consultant

Project Type: EndtoEnd SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Rollouts
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend SAP MM implementation cycles including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and golive support.
- Conduct workshops with business users to understand procurement, inventory, and material management processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Interfaces, Enhancements, Reports, Conversions, Forms, Workflows).
- Configure SAP MM modules including:
- Procurement (P2P)
- Inventory Management
- Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Release strategies
- Subcontracting, Consignment
- Service Procurement
- Automatic Account Determination (OBYC)
- Manage integration with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and QM.
- Lead UAT cycles, prepare test scripts, manage defects, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
- Perform cutover activities, including data migration for:
- Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Purchase Orders
- Inventory balances
- Support postgolive stabilization, issue resolution, and user training.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance and optimize MM processes in S/4HANA.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Core SAP MM Skills Required
- Strong handson experience in SAP S/4HANA MM configuration.
- Deep expertise in:
- Purchasing (PR, PO, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements)
- Source Determination & Info Records
- Inventory Management & Physical Inventory
- Invoice Verification (LIV)
- Material Valuation
- Indirect & Direct procurement
- Import Procurement (if relevant)
- Expertise in pricing procedures, tax configurations, and account assignment categories.
- Strong command over integration points:
- MMFI (GR/IR, OBYC)
- MMSD (stock transfer, STO)
- MMPP (BOM, MRP, material type integration)
- MMQM (quality checks, inspection lots)
Technical/Functional Exposure
- Experience in LSMW, BAPI, IDocs, and data migration templates.
- Hands-on in Fiori apps related to MM.
- Understanding of MDG integration (optional but preferred).
- Ability to work with ABAP teams for technical design & debugging.
Project Experience
- Minimum 23 full cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience handling multi-country rollouts (preferred).
- Ability to prepare:
- Business Blueprints
- Functional Design Documents (FDs)
- Configuration documents
- Test scripts

- Ability to work with international teams (Japan/SEA experience is an added advantage).
