◈ Job Description:
As an SAP Functional Consultant Finance (FI/CO), you will be responsible for configure and maintain SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, configure and maintain SAP CO (Controlling) module: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and execute and support period-end closing and year-end closing activities across FI/CO. You will work closely with the SAP team in Vietnam and coordinate with stakeholders across Vietnam, Korea, and Singapore to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support our global business operations.
- Configure and maintain SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting
- Configure and maintain SAP CO (Controlling) module: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders
- Execute and support period-end closing and year-end closing activities across FI/CO
- Manage financial master data: Chart of Accounts, GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, company codes
- Support automatic account determination configuration for MM and SD integration
- Handle bank statement processing, payment program configuration, and dunning
- Analyze and resolve FI/CO posting issues and reconciliation discrepancies
- Support financial reporting and management reporting requirements
- Coordinate with domestic ERP team (Korea) on shared FI/CO operational procedures and standards
- Write functional specifications for FI/CO-related ABAP developments
- Support SOX compliance requirements and audit documentation
- Train end-users on SAP FI/CO transactions and financial business processes

- SAP CO — Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing
- SAP S/4HANA — Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance concepts
- Cross-module integration: FI ↔ MM (procurement posting), FI ↔ SD (revenue posting)
- Intercompany processes: Cross-entity postings between SG, KR, VN entities
◈ Your Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP FI and/or CO configuration experience
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC financial modules
- Strong knowledge of period-end closing procedures (month-end, year-end)
- Experience with General Ledger configuration, document types, posting keys, and number ranges
- Understanding of cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and allocation cycles
- Experience with automatic account determination (OBYC, VKOA)
- Familiarity with SAP New GL features and parallel accounting concepts
- Basic understanding of SOX compliance and financial audit processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- SAP FI or CO certification is a plus
