SAP Consultant (MM / SD / FICO)

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Consultant (FICO/MM/SD) based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The SAP Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD) to support core business processes.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business needs, optimizing business workflows, managing master data, and ensuring smooth integration between SAP modules and related systems. The role involves supporting system testing, user training, and post-implementation troubleshooting, as well as preparing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams. The consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring SAP solutions remain aligned with evolving business strategies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, interpret data, and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into SAP FICO/MM/SD configurations.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, particularly in finance, procurement, and sales/distribution workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP master data management, including setup, maintenance, and data quality control.
• Understanding of system integration between SAP modules and external applications, ensuring data consistency and end-to-end process alignment.
• Proven experience as a SAP FICO, MM, or SD consultant, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Ability to document functional specifications, perform system testing, and support user training and change management.
• Strong communication skills in English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
• Capacity to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
