CMC Global is seeking talented and experienced SAP Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our digital transformation projects, you will work with international clients, providing high-level expertise and innovative solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult & Implement: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP modules (MM or FI/FICO), including requirement gathering, business process analysis, blueprinting, configuration, and testing.
System Optimization: Analyze current business processes and provide recommendations for improvements and best practices within the SAP ecosystem.
Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2 & 3 support for complex functional issues and ensure system stability.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams (ABAP/Basis) and stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations and customized solutions.
Documentation: Maintain high-quality functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior consultants to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation or support (specifically in MM or FI/FICO modules).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP organizational structures, master data, and business process flows.
Language: Fluent in English (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+); must be confident in communicating directly with global clients.
Project History: Participated in at least 2 full life-cycle SAP implementations.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or in a team under high pressure.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
