Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Consultant - FICO role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The SAP Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design SAP solutions that align with organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring SAP modules, preparing functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams on developments, and performing system testing and user training. The role involves supporting project implementation activities, including data migration, go-live preparation, and post-implementation optimization. The SAP Consultant will also provide ongoing functional support, identify opportunities for process improvements, and help ensure solutions follow best practices and Citek's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP functional expertise in module FICO, with hands-on experience in configuration and solution design.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud), SAP Business Technology Platform, or SAP Analytics Cloud, including integration and end-to-end process understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, map processes, and prepare clear functional specifications and test scenarios.
• Solid skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting SAP issues in collaboration with technical and project teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with client teams, deliver training, and support change management.
• Previous involvement in full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout projects, ideally in multi-site or international environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City and travel to client locations as required; proficiency in English and Vietnamese is beneficial.
