I'm currently hiring for a large-scale enterprise in the engineering & technology sector for an experienced SAP Concur Technical Consultant to join their SAP Team in Ho Chi Minh City.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur administration, configuration, technical support, and global rollout, particularly across Travel & Expense processes.
Responsibilities
- As an SAP Concur Administrator, to manage daily operations of SAP Concur modules, including
- Expense, Travel, Verify, Request, and OBT.
- Maintain global configurations, policies, approval workflows, audit rules, and system settings.
- Oversee user provisioning, role assignments, and account governance across international teams.
- Configure and maintain Online Booking Tool (OBT) settings such as travel policies, fare rules, supplier content, and approval flows.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflow routing, form behavior, notifications, and cost object validations.
- Ensure Request policies align with country-specific travel and expense requirements.
- Support SAP Concur rollouts for international business units, adapting system configuration for different countries (tax rules, per diem rates, local regulations, travel restrictions).
- Coordinate with regional Finance, HR, Travel, and IT teams to harmonize global processes.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific tax laws, travel rules, and company governance standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Systems, Finance, or related fields.
- Fluent in
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Concur experience, including implementing, support for international business units.
- Must have experience with SAP Concur Expense/Request/Travel module
- Strong understanding of global travel and expense processes, approval workflows, and compliance.
- Added advantage with technical knowledge to SAP HCM PA OM modules.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with system integrations (SFTP, APIs, flat files).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA.
- Experience in shared services or global support environments.
