Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
SAP ABAP HANA Studio Developer to support the
SAP S/4HANA Studio services within the
Shared Products & Services (SPS) organization.
The role is critical and urgent, supporting the takeover and steady-state operations of SAP HANA Studio–related development and services. The resource will work closely with SPS stakeholders and act as a
key technical contributor and contact point for the topic.
Job Description
- Provide end-to-end technical support and development using SAP ABAP on HANA in S/4HANA environments
- Support and maintain SAP HANA Studio–based developments and services
- Act as a main technical contact point for assigned topics and stakeholders within SPS
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into clean, optimized ABAP-on-HANA solutions
- Perform performance-optimized development using HANA-native principles (code push-down, CDS, AMDP where applicable)
- Support service transition activities during takeover from ERA‑EXL to ERA‑SPS
- Collaborate with distributed global teams (Vietnam, India, China, Germany)
- Ensure compliance with Bosch development standards, quality, and documentation guidelines
- Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution in productive SAP systems
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of SAP development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with: SAP ABAP, SAP HANA Studio
- Proven experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments (preferred, not mandatory)
- Solid understanding of: ABAP on HANA Principles, Performance optimization techniques
- Experience working in support and service-oriented SAP landscapes
- Ability to work independently in a senior technical role
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-location stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting S/4HANA Studio–based services
- Exposure to:
- CDS Views
- AMDP
- HANA-based performance tuning
- Previous experience in global delivery or shared service models
- Experience in service transition or service takeover projects
