Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at nShop – Game & Hobby in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Salesperson will welcome customers, provide product information, answer questions, and recommend suitable game consoles, Gunpla, Pokémon items, figures, and accessories. Daily tasks include managing the sales floor, restocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. The role also involves processing sales transactions, handling cash and electronic payments, and supporting basic inventory checks. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, support promotions, and create a positive, inclusive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse customers.
- Sales and retail skills, including product recommendation, upselling, and accurate cash handling at the point of sale.
- Interest in game consoles, Gunpla, Pokémon, figures, and related hobbies, with a willingness to learn product details and trends.
- Basic organizational and inventory skills to support stock checks, restocking, and orderly merchandising.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, including weekends or peak periods as needed.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
