Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include conducting market research, presenting menu offerings to customers, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify sales opportunities
  • Team collaboration and coordination with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
  • Strong adaptability and cultural awareness, with fluency in English and Vietnamese
