Lead technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and regions.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and highquality architectures. Actively supporting the functional team during the construction of the solution.
Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Lightning Web Components, application integration and data migration.
Oversee integrations, DevOps (CI/CD), and enforce coding and security standards.
Mentor and guide developers, admins, and other team members; conduct code and design reviews.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage crosstimezone delivery.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, data privacy, and performance requirements.
Travel: Occasional international travel and potential overseas posting for up to 12 months.
Profile
Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT .
Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8+ years in Salesforce delivery, with 3+ years in a technical lead role.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integration patterns.
Handson experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) and release management.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and performance optimisation.
Proven ability to mentor teams and lead crossregional projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones; flexible for travel/overseas assignments.
