Role Overview
We are looking for one strong Salesforce Pardot Developer to join a digital transformation initiative, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementation and optimization across multiple business units.
This role plays a key part in redesigning marketing automation architecture, standardizing processes, and enabling scalable growth across different teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) in a multi business units setup
- Design and optimize lead lifecycle, scoring, grading, and segmentation
- Build and maintain automation rules, engagement programs, and dynamic content
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business stakeholders across different units
- Ensure best practices in data governance, user access, and campaign structure
- Support system integration with Salesforce CRM and related tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Proven experience working with multiple business units or complex org structures
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing automation and lead management
- Experience in digital transformation or large scale system rollout is a strong plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams

- Salesforce Pardot Certification
- Experience with CRM data migration or system transformation projects
- Previous exposure to enterprise or regional marketing operations
