Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development oversight, and deployment.
- Work closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and build system architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security models aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and other platform automation tools.
- Manage and review the work of developers; provide technical guidance and ensure coding standards and design principles are adhered to.
- Lead system and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, integration teams, QA) to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment plans.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements or new features to clients.
Requirements
- Local Vietnamese with Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in a consulting environment.
- Strong hands-on development experience with: Apex Classes/Triggers; Lightning Web; Components (LWC); Salesforce APIs; Flows & Process Automation
- Proven experience leading technical project teams or acting as a technical lead.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, governor limits, and best practices.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, or App Builder.
