Job Summary: The Sales Intelligence role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across sales operations by developing dashboards, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights. This role acts as a bridge between business and data, ensuring performance tracking, risk monitoring, and operational processes are efficient, accurate, and continuously optimized. The position also plays a key role in leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and enable smarter, faster decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Performance Management
- Dashboard, Reporting & Tracker Development
- Design and build automated dashboards for performance monitoring
- Develop trackers for KPIs, metrics, and sales progress
- Set up recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Maintenance & Optimization
- Ensure all dashboards and reports are accurate, updated, and fully functional
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and implement continuous improvements
- Automation & Tool Development
- Build tool/solution to automate data collection, alerting, and report distribution
- Integrate automation solutions with internal systems (e.g., Sealtalk)
- Risk Management
- Dashboard & Risk Monitoring
- Develop dashboards and trackers for risk indicators and mitigation tracking
- Deliver periodic risk reports to support business decisions
- Data Quality & Improvement
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
- Continuously improve risk tracking frameworks based on evolving needs
- Automation & Analysis
- Build automation for risk monitoring, alerting, and reporting
- Conduct ad-hoc risk analysis and provide insights for rapid decision-making
- Tools & AI Development
- Internal Tool Development
- Design and build tools to support business operations
- Automate manual workflows to improve productivity and accuracy
- Ensure tools are scalable, user-friendly, and maintainable
- AI & Automation Applications
- Explore and implement AI/ML use cases to enhance decision-making and automation
- Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions (e.g., GPT, Claude)
- Evaluate and adopt third-party AI tools where relevant
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Sales Strategy (experience in E-commerce / Logistics is highly preferred).
- SQL – Data querying, reporting, dashboard development
- Python – Automation, bot development, data processing, AI/ML integration
- n8n – Workflow automation, bot building, system integration
- AI/LLM – Prompt engineering, AI application development (Claude, GPT, etc.)
- Excel / Google Sheets – Data analysis, tracker building, reporting
