Salesforce Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications to ensure they meet business requirements effectively.

Develop high-quality code and configure Salesforce systems to enhance functionality and improve user experience.

Conduct system integration and data migration activities to ensure seamless continuity and efficiency across platforms.

Provide technical support, resolving issues in real-time to minimize business impact.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and integration models.

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.

Manage Salesforce user roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules, and other administrative functions.

Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.

As for the Team Lead position in particular:

Mentor team members, support skill development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers and Consultants in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.

Monitor project progress, ensure product quality, and manage resource allocation within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

English or Japanese proficiency is considered an advantage.

1/ Salesforce Engineer Leader

Development experience: Over 5 years

Leadership experience: At least 1 year

Experience developing with Apex language / on the Salesforce platform

Experience in key phases: implementation / design / testing

Experience in maintenance phases (data maintenance / investigation / troubleshooting, etc.)

Experience in incident handling such as debugging / log analysis

Knowledge of configuration management (CI/CD) (Source code management using Git / Jenkins, etc.)

2/ Salesforce Engineer - Middle

Development experience: Over 3 years

Experience in key phases: implementation / design / testing

Experience developing with Apex language / on the Salesforce platform, or experience in Java development

Experience in maintenance phases (data maintenance / investigation / troubleshooting, etc.)

Experience in incident handling such as debugging / log analysis
