ABOUT THE JOB
- Administer and maintain Salesforce and Genesys systems, including user creation, permission management, object configuration, workflows, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business teams, internal IT, and regional project stakeholders to handle change requests and support system enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams to deploy new changes, implement new features, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage data operations, including data import/export, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity and security.
- Support testing activities (UAT) and assist in deploying system updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, third-party service providers, or Salesforce Managed Services teams for necessary operational support.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or Salesforce Consultant roles.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Consultant certifications are a strong plus.
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments or within the financial/insurance sector is preferred.
