SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working time: Mon - Fri | 8.30am-17.30pm
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and Salesforce technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes, and ensure Salesforce implementations deliver maximum value.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (admin/developers).
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Map and optimize business processes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
- Create and maintain requirement documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Support system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers/administrators to ensure Salesforce best practices and data governance.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
- Support change management and user adoption strategies through training and communication.
- Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for platform enhancements.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 23 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or CRM-related projects.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirement gathering methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Englishrequired for global collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
