Sales Team Leader Vietnam

CWG Markets is growing in Vietnam and we're looking for experienced Team Leaders who are ready to join us — with their team.

This is not an individual hire. You must be able to bring a team of at least 3.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead your team under the CWG Markets Vietnam operation
• Drive client acquisition, IB development, and net deposit growth
• Manage team performance and day-to-day sales activity
• Report directly to regional management on targets and results

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years in FX/CFD sales, trading, or brokerage
• Currently leading or managing a team of at least 3 (staff or IBs)
• Existing client base or IB network in Vietnam
• Proven ability to drive deposits and client retention
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
