Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist located in Bnh Dng. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team by managing sales operations, maintaining strong communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes handling sales queries, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences.
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and processes, including order management and coordination across departments.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, solve problems, and support sales strategies.
• Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Prior experience in a sales support or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
