Responsibilities
- Proceed EDC application form including checking document, checking photos and submit documents to other related team
- Contact sales team to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Update tracking report and follow up pending cases
- Receive, assign and follow up contact center tickets with in charged team to close case
- Proceed EDC termination process
- Proceed payment request if needed
- Send communicated email to customer
- Manage and track stock management for POS demo, company phone for sales, POSM, Uniform
- Provide administrative and sales support services to the sales team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills - spoken and written.
- Minimum bachelor's in business administration or another relevant discipline
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Experience in banking or financial industries will be advantage.
- Experienced in tender preparation and administrative tasks.
- Attentive to detail.
- Very well organized, and able to plan ahead.
- Strong time-management skills and deadline-oriented
