Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Operations and other related operational activities.
  • Assist the Sales team in preparing and reviewing documents such as:
  • Sales Contracts
  • Bidding Documents
  • Quotations
  • Tax Invoices
  • Business Letters
  • Purchase Orders, etc.
  • Support the Sales team on internal and external systems.
  • Maintain and organize administrative records and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within strict deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications

  • Good English communication skills, especially listening and reading.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Careful and detail-oriented in handling quotations and order processing.
  • Knowledge of reporting and Power BI is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Fast learner with strong note-taking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
