Job Purpose:This role is responsible for serving as the operational backbone of the Partnership Development team, supporting line manager in the day-to-day execution, coordination, and administration of the Company's partnership channels. This role is the engine that keeps partnerships running smoothly, ensuring partners receive timely, high-quality support, that data and reports are accurate, and that all operational activities are executed with precision and follow-through.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven role that requires strong execution skills, a service mindset, and a genuine passion for building connections that drive business growth.
MAIN REPSONSIBILITES:
A. Partnership Operations & Day-to-Day Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for assigned partners, handling daily inquiries, requests,
- and follow-ups promptly.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, launches, training, events, and incentive programs.
- Prepare and maintain agreements, onboarding checklists, logs, minutes, and
- correspondence.
- Monitor and follow up on commitments from meetings to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend partner meetings and reviews with or on behalf of the team lead; prepare minutes,
- coordinate logistics, and support proposals/documentation.
- Collect frontline insights on product, process, and service quality, and relay them for
- strategic consideration.
- Maintain proper filing of contracts, licenses, regulatory submissions, and communications.
- Monitor spend against approved budgets and flag variances.
- Assist with logistics, venues, invitations, materials, and execution.
B. Sales Support & Partner Activation
- Provide partners with product info, sales tools, and promotional materials.
- Track partner/staff activity and flag issues with proposed actions.
- Conduct product knowledge and basic sales training sessions.
- Distribute sales kits, decks, brochures, and toolkits.
- Support contests and incentive schemes, including tracking, payouts (optional), and communication.
- Address pending proposals, incomplete applications, and not-in-good-order cases to improve conversion.
C. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Collect and analyze partner sales data (FYP, policy count, activation, persistency, KPIs).
- Create regular reports for team lead and executive management.
- Flag early warning signs of underperformance or lapse risk.
- Keep partner contacts, activities, agreements, and correspondence up to date.
- Assist in drafting business cases, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
1/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
2/ Experiences:
- From 0–3 years of working experience in a business support, sales coordination,
- partnership, bancassurance operations, or financial services role.
- Prior experience in life insurance, bancassurance, fintech, or financial services is strongly
- preferred.
- Experience in client servicing, account management, or operational coordination in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
3/ Skills & Competencies:
- Good command of Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Basic understanding of life insurance products, including traditional, universal life, short-term
- and rider products.
- Ability to prepare clear, well-structured reports, dashboards, and business communications
- Core competencies: relationship building, execution & follow-through, attention to detail, communication & presentation, stakeholder management, project management, proactiveness, adaptability, collaborative teamwork with the ability to work independently, adaptability & learning agility, and capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data tracking and reporting), PowerPoint (presentations), and Word.
- Familiarity with partnership distribution concepts is a plus.
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the Vietnam insurance industry is a plus.
