- Supports the customer facing organization by:
- Preparing quotations and contracts
- Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents
- Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of leads
- Analyzing Sales Index
- Preparing Sales reports
- Main Tasks:
Supports the customer facing organization (Key Account/Field Sales/TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by:
- Preparing promotional presentations, business reviews
- Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing)
- Supporting the customer planning and implementation process
- Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales leads
- Analyzing Sales Index
- Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents
- Preparing Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
- Requirements:
- Senior Students who can work at least 4 days per week
- Good English skills (both speaking and writing)
- Background with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Marketing
- Experience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, Powerpoint; experience with CRM tools preferred
- Can-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiastic
- Good administrative skills, results driven and detail oriented
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment
