On behalf of our client - a newly established FDI company specializing in renewable energy development across solar, battery storage, and distributed energy solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers - we are seeking a
Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam .
Backed by regional investors, this fast-growing business is well-funded and embarking on an ambitious journey to develop and build over 150 MW of clean energy projects in the next three years.
As a Sales Support Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business success, supporting sales operations , business development , and customer engagement . This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a company shaping the future of clean energy in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Pipeline Management
- Support the sales team in managing leads, proposals, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor timelines to ensure on-time submissions in line with client requirements.
Market & Customer Research
- Conduct market research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Prepare briefing notes and insights to support client meetings and sales activities.
Customer Engagement & Admin Support
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication with clients and partners.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support marketing and promotional events (online/offline).
- Collaborate with teams and management to finalize proposals and client deliverables.
Reporting & Internal Support
- Support reporting, pipeline updates, and KPI tracking for management.
- Assist in operational and administrative tasks related to project development.
Job Requirements
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 14 years of experience in sales coordination ,
