Sales Support Coordinator

Role Description The Sales Support role is responsible for coordinating with the Commercial Team to execute sales-related tasks as assigned by management; establishing systems and processes for managing documentation and orders while ensuring adherence to these procedures; and nurturing customer relationships to drive sales growth and business development.

1. Prepare dossiers, procedures, documents, data, and orders for key client groups.
2. Send product samples to customers for introduction purposes.
3. Send a trial sample to the customer.
4. Report
5. Sales department document management: ISO/FSSC 22000 records, orders, customer information, contracts, quotations, etc.
6. Support the Commercial Team upon request.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE

- Knowledge of the food industry and sales operations.

- College degree or higher.

SKILLS

- Teamwork.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Proficiency in office software (MS Office).

- Work organization and time management skills.

- Document and contract drafting skills.

- Foreign language proficiency: Basic communication; ability to read and write emails in English.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 1 year in the food industry.
