I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for driving VieSHOP's revenue growth across all sales channels, including the website, e-commerce marketplaces, pop-up stores, and on-site retail sales at concerts and activation events.
1. Sales Management & Business Growth
- Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all merchandise sales channels (website, e-commerce platforms, and event retail sales).
- Plan and execute revenue growth initiatives, including promotions, bundles, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to maximize business performance.
- Plan merchandise production, monitor actual sales performance, and forecast demand, including pre-order campaigns across VieSHOP sales channels.
- Manage internal sales operations while identifying and developing B2B merchandise production and sales opportunities with external partners.
2. Sales Channel Expansion
- Develop and manage business activities across e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
- Expand sales channels through affiliate partnerships (KOLs, KOCs, MCNs), product review videos, and livestream activities to drive sales on the website and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate revenue performance from offline sales channels, including pop-up stores, booths, and mobile sales at events and concerts.
- Propose and implement online and offline distribution channel expansion strategies to increase brand visibility and maximize revenue.
3. Customer Service & Partnership Development
- Manage customer inquiries and support across multiple channels, including hotline, email, fan page, and marketplace chat systems, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Track purchasing behavior and analyze customer insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP customers and Key Account Managers (KAMs) from e-commerce platforms to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Handle sales and after-sales issues to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Sales Forecasting
- Prepare regular reports on revenue, costs, and profitability on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze business performance data and forecast sales trends based on market dynamics and historical results.
- Propose budgets, allocate resources, and develop expansion plans for Management review and approval.
5. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks assigned by management to support overall business operations and organizational objectives.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development, preferably in Merchandise, Retail, or E-commerce.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the merchandise market, entertainment industry, and fan culture.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and event-based retail operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong English communication skills; Business English is preferred.
