Job Description

Responsibilities

In line with the company's strategy, promote business development in the cross-border logistics market in Vietnam and provide professional sea and air logistics solutions for e-commerce platform clients.

Familiar with industry ecology and market dynamics, expand customer resources through multiple channels, collect potential customer information, establish and maintain good relationships with customers, understand customer needs, and provide high-quality service.

Coordinate internal relationships and resources to ensure the smooth progress of the sales process and facilitate cooperation to achieve revenue goals.

Properly handle customer issues such as contract signing, order tracking, and unexpected issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.

5 years or more sales experience in the cross-border e-commerce, air and sea freight logistics, and international express industry.

Industry experience in the fields of ecommerce, technology, logistics, shipping, mailing and/or fulfillment is required.

Knowledge base of 3PLs,ecommerce marketplace, ERPs, Shopify, omni-channel and corporate contacts is a plus

Experience in working with cross-border e-commerce sellers or platforms. Having existing customer resources is a plus.

Sales negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in both Vitenesese and English, with excellent communication skills.
