Job Description

What You'll Do
  • Drive international sales of rice products, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for innovative and sustainable rice products.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of global buyers while ensuring seamless order execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Create sales materials and engage buyers through meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Explore new business opportunities, including carbon credit insetting and sustainability initiatives.
  • Track sales performance and provide market insights to support business growth.

Job requirements :

  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, export sales, or commercial roles within the rice or agri-commodity sector.
  • Proven success in managing the full B2B sales cycle with international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of global rice trade and sustainable agriculture trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about agriculture and sustainability.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and field visits.
