Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for a full-time Sales Staff role at Hustle. This on-site position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You will be responsible for engaging potential and existing clients, building relationships, and promoting Hustle's innovative fitness philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include managing member inquiries, coordinating with the team regarding sales targets, maintaining accurate records of memberships, assisting with promotional campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, client relations, and negotiation
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage membership records and inquiries
• An enthusiastic and approachable demeanor, with a passion for health and fitness
• Experience in sales or the fitness/wellness industry preferred
• Proficiency in digital tools and software used for sales and customer management is a plus
• Self-motivation with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required
