Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Đà Nẵng. The Sales Specialist will manage the end-to-end sales process, including engaging with clients, identifying their travel needs, and promoting our services. They will work on generating leads, building strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth tour operations and staying updated on market trends to offer tailored travel solutions to clients.
- Plan and operate tour programs and events
- Prepare quotations for group tour programs
- Develop and maintain a nationwide network of tourism suppliers
- Collect and manage information on the internal system
- Conduct site inspections for potential and traditional tourism destinations
- Participate in tourism promotion activities both domestically and internationally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, or English Language (or related fields)
- Proficient in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Passionate about the tourism industry (experience is an advantage)
- Strong ability to apply smart technologies in work; flexible and dynamic
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Proven Sales expertise with the ability to meet or exceed targets and manage client accounts successfully
- Experience in Sales Management, including the ability to strategize, forecast, and develop plans to achieve organizational goals
- Familiarity with Training processes to guide clients or team members and enhance understanding of services
- Proficient in problem-solving and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Đà Nẵng
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, with experience in Indochina travel, is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
