Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City for a Sales Specialist in SEA Market. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, managing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and promoting Savyint's offerings to potential clients. Other duties include providing training for clients on our solutions, supporting sales team objectives, and contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue sales leads across SEA

· Manage and grow customer relationships

· Conduct product demonstrations of Savyint's cybersecurity, digital trust solutions, open banking/open finance, secure payment solution.

· Provide client training on our solutions

· Support sales team objectives and contribute to sales strategy execution

· Achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and excellent Customer Service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques, including lead generation and client engagement.
  • Experience in Training customers and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in Sales Management and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT security or technology solutions is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
