Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solution Sales Specialist located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Solution Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients and conducting needs assessments to presenting solutions and closing sales. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, providing product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to align solutions with client needs.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Knowledge of eCommerce, ERP/CRM platforms, and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Skills in Client Engagement, Needs Assessment, and Product Demonstrations
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
