Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located at CBD of Ho Chi Minh City. The Sales Specialist (Chinese speaking) will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer relationship management, identifying and pursuing opportunities, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks include developing new clients, managing the sales process, consultation, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive business growth and oversee the sales process efficiently.
- Proficiency in Chinese language (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field are an added advantage.
