We're expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic, English-capable, results-driven B2B Sales Executives who understand logistics and e-commerce.
Job Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Growth- Identify, approach, and onboard SMEs, online shops, retail businesses, and e-commerce sellers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with monthly KPIs.
- Conduct product demos in Vietnamese/English and present AllinGo's solutions clearly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for issues, support needs, and guidance.
- Understand clients delivery workflows and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide after-sales care to improve retention and upsell.
3. Coordination With Internal Teams- Work with Operation, Tech, and Customer Support teams to solve client issues quickly.
- Report bugs, system issues, and feedback to management.
- Assist with onboarding of postpaid/credit-line clients (KYC, documentation).
4. Market Research & Partnership Development- Research new client segments and industries.
- Identify opportunities for enterprise and SME partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, expos, and networking activities.
Requirements- 24 years of B2B sales experience (Logistics, Delivery, SaaS, or E-commerce preferred).
- Strong understanding of SMEs, online selling, last-mile delivery, and COD.
- Good English communication (both speaking & writing).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under KPI pressure and deliver results.
- Problem-solving attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations and technology.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to grow within the company.
