Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an outstanding individual who is strategic and yet hands-on to join our acceleration for growth.
Assume leadership role in accelerating profitable sales growth for Advanced Wound Care Business in South Region, Vietnam. This entails formulating and implementing key accounts plan to accelerate sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Value selling to customer: pain point finding & solution providing to create demand. Territory management: survey & define potential factor of each hospital, opportunity following up and closing. Tender management: understand each hospital tender process to follow up for product listing and quota building. Work closely with Distributor Sales Rep and cross functions to solve hospital issues. Understands sales goals and assists South Sales Leader in establishing business plan. Coordinates efforts in order to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives. Reassesses objectives and obstacles with Sales Leader as necessary. Achieves annual sales targets and objectives. Coordination and Planning: Learns to plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities. Works within budget guidelines. Compliance: Learns and applies the company policy, practices, and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine/ Nursing/ Pharma. At least 3 years of experience in hospital tender/ hospital sales, wound care is preferable. Working experience in MNC (Medical Device/ Pharma) or Hospital ICU/ DR Department. An individual with a reputation for honesty and personal integrity.
Key performance metrics
Attain sales target in territory.
Attain growth target of core products.
Attain qualitative KPIs.
