Job description:
Business Operations:
Organize and oversee the execution of business plans in line with sales targets.
Ensure consistent and effective sales operations across GT, MT, and E-commerce channels.
Monitor and resolve operational issues to support the Sales team.
Business Data Analytics:
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data on sales revenue, market share, distribution coverage, and program effectiveness.
Provide reports and business insights to support management decision-making.
Develop dashboards and KPI tracking systems to monitor business performance.
Sales Capability Development:
Design and implement sales training programs (negotiation, closing skills, customer management).
Provide on-the-job coaching and field guidance for the Sales team.
Collaborate with HR to build career development pathways for Sales employees.
Systems & Tools
Manage, operate, and optimize CRM, DMS, and BI systems.
Work closely with IT and Commercial teams to improve tools, ensuring efficiency and user-friendliness.
Develop SOPs and user guidelines for systems and tools.
Trade Marketing:
Ensure product availability and visibility across supermarkets, retail stores, and distributors.
Drive sales performance through promotions, merchandising, and activation programs to increase sell-in & sell-out.
Support the Sales team with sales tools, POSM materials, and supporting documents to achieve business targets.
Build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners to secure better product display placements.
