Job Responsibilities
- Market Development: Proactively identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and expand market share.
- Customer Maintenance: Maintain good relationships with existing customers, provide efficient pre-sales, sales, and post-sales services, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell the company's food ingredients products, introducing product advantages and applications to customers.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, achieving sales targets set by the company.
- Market Research: Collect market information, and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities actions to inform strategic decisions.
- Contract Management: Sign sales contracts, track contract execution, and ensure timely sales collection.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Food Science and Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in food ingredients, food additives, or related industries preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market analysis and judgment abilities, with good customer service awareness.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.
- Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and good command of English and Chinese preferred.
