About the role

This role leads national trade & channel activation planning by leveraging Sales Promoters (SPs) as a strategic execution resource.

You will own the SP resource allocation frameworks, budget planning, and activation effectiveness, while acting as a strategic advisor to Sales and Trade leadership.

This is not an execution-heavy position. The focus is on strategy, planning, analytics, presentation, and decision-making, while SP teams and partners execute on the ground.

What you will do

  • Lead the national SP Resource Allocation Framework (large-scale promoter workforce across channels), building data-driven models for headcount, routing frequency, and outlet tiering/segmentation.
  • Drive quarterly resource review cycles, using sell-out, market share, channel performance, and competitive coverage to recommend headcount redeployment and structural optimization.
  • Own the annual SP budget planning, covering manpower cost, incentives, and operational expenses; align closely with Sales and Finance leadership for governance and approvals.
  • Govern monthly budget & ROI dashboards (Power BI and/or digital tools) to track utilization, variance, and performance by region/channel.
  • Partner with Trade, Marketing, Brand, and Sales teams to integrate SP planning into national activations, campaign rollouts, and innovation launches.
  • Lead planning transformation initiatives for SP operations including automation, standardization, and digital tool integration.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales & Trade leadership on SP investment effectiveness, productivity, and long-term optimization.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategic Planning or Activation (client or agency side).
  • Strong experience in budget planning, resource planning and business case development.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into practical activation plans.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
