OBJECTIVES:
- Design and operate control mechanisms for business bonus payments/ promotion programs for the Sales Division
- Operate calculation/control of employee management mechanism
- Cooperate with key stakeholders to review and develop effective programs for Sales Division
- Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables
- This is a senior individual contributor role with potential team leadership responsibilities, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Designing mechanisms to control business bonus payments/promotion programs for the Sales Division
- Propose, identify goals, and implement mechanisms to control business rewards/incentive programs with relevant parties to ensure accuracy for the Company's sales team and costs
- Act as single contact point represent Business Management & Transformation Center to work with related stakeholders such as Sales Division, Human Resources Management Division, Product Business Development Division and Finance Division for sales bonus related benefit
- Regularly monitor (week/month/quarter/year) to improve the effectiveness of activities
2. Operate calculation/control of employee management mechanism
- Deploy and implement bonus calculation/control mechanisms with relevant parties
- Operate calculations/controls the management mechanism for employees who often fail to complete their work and synchronous promotion policies for sales teams in Sales Division, ensuring optimization of a quality sales team
- Handle issues and make corrective actions in BAU scope
- Build available capacity for implementing mechanisms
3. Building strong relationships with main functions to empower effectiveness of those functions
4. Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics or Marketing, or Sales related major
2. Experience
- At least 4-5 years of experience in sales training - sales operations, finance, or incentive program management
- Experience in leading small teams or mentoring junior staff is a plus
3. Skills
- Language requirements English fluent
- Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Project)
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
