  • Set up and update monthly demand files and stock status reports.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to consolidate and align monthly demand requirements.
  • Review, validate, and cross-check demand plans against established standards before submitting them to the Department Head.
  • Monitor supply and order status to support demand planning and tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Solid understanding of demand planning concepts; experience in the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
  • Hard-working, honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Self-confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
