Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and manage sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Align sales projections with supply chain and finance to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Adjust plans dynamically based on real-time performance and demand shifts.

Inventory Allocation

  • Allocate inventory for retail and dealership channels based on sales forecasts.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely distribution to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize stock availability.

Fulfillment Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor delivery compliance for retail and dealership channels.
  • Work closely with logistics and sales teams to address fulfillment issues and optimize delivery timelines.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales orders, inventory, and logistics to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly periods.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable improvements.

Incentive & Bonus Reconciliation

  • Calculate and track sales incentives and bonuses for sales teams and dealerships.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of incentive programs and compliance with policies.
  • Work closely with finance and HR to process incentive payments efficiently.

System Management

  • Oversee sales transaction accuracy within DMS and ERP systems (SAP, CRM).
  • Ensure seamless execution of sales orders, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Provide system support and coordinate with IT for troubleshooting and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with sales management systems such as DMS, SAP, or CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
