We're looking for a detail-oriented analyst to join our Sales Planning team and help turn data into business decisions.
1. What you'll do
- Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports
- Analyze business results, sales force effectiveness, and product/channel performance
- Conduct market and competitor research to support sales policy development
- Monitor incentive programs and track sales target completion
- Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership
2.What you bring
- 1–2 years in Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Sales Planning, MIS, or similar roles
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset — accurate, logical, and data-driven
- Bonus: Power BI or SQL experience (we'll train if not)
- Good communicator; comfortable working cross-functionally
3.Nice to have
- Background in sales, business analysis, or sales operations
- Long-term interest in Business Analysis / Sales Planning
