Overview Of The Role
The Sales Performance & Incentive Senior Officer is responsible for driving sales effectiveness through rigorous incentive calculation, performance analytics, and structured performance‑enhancement initiatives for Segment and Secured Lending sales team. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales organization to achieve business targets by ensuring accurate incentive calculation, delivering actionable insights, and executing sales contests and growth programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Incentive Calculation & Sales Contest Fulfillment
- Execute end‑to‑end monthly and quarterly incentive calculations for the sales force with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and monitor contest performance ensuring fairness, accuracy, and adherence to internal governance standards.
- Performance Tracking & Dashboard Management
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and performance tracking tools to provide real‑time visibility on key sales KPIs.
- Deliver accurate and insightful reports to sales leaders and management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaboration with Sales Team & Growth Initiatives
- Work closely with sales leadership and field teams to understand performance challenges and develop targeted initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Propose and implement actionable performance improvement programs based on data insights, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Performance Management, Incentive Management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- SAS/SQL is required.
- VBI, Power Pivot, Power BI is a plus.
