Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
- Manage sales orders, including drafting, signing, and executing contracts.
- Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) and coordinate with the logistics team and distributors to ensure smooth customs declaration and clearance processes.
- Support the achievement of annual sales targets and overall business plan.
2. Market Research & Business Support
- Track and analyze the macro environment, including political, economic, social, and technological factors.
- Collect and analyze data on the automotive market, such as market size, competition, consumer demand, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular market research reports to provide insights and data support for company decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive, or related fields. Background in automotive manufacturing or marketing is preferred.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience; experience in local market development or sales operations is an advantage.
- Familiar with international trade practices and processes, with experience in system and process management.
- Proficient in office software; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong ability in sales support, order management, and market research.
- Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
