Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a sales team across multiple channels, including in-store and e-commerce.
- Ensure consistent sales performance while designing and executing strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations in line with pricing, promotional, and product strategies.
- Develop and optimize new sales channels and operational workflows.
- Partner with the marketing team to strengthen customer engagement and improve service quality.
- Handle customer escalations effectively to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales operations.
- Design and roll out a roadmap for upcoming B2B sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales and operations, ideally within startup or scaling business environments.
- Strong leadership with a proven ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.
- Solid background in customer service with an in-depth understanding of retail processes.
- Proficiency in technology-driven workflows, including ERP systems.
- Outgoing personality with experience serving customers aged 30+, ensuring premium service delivery.
- Hands-on experience in both sales execution and operational management roles.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese are required
