Role Description

The Sales & Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi. This position involves managing day-to-day sales and operational tasks, including coordinating and executing travel bookings, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. The role includes responsibilities related to customer service, communication with clients and vendors, and supporting sales processes to meet company goals. The Coordinator will also collaborate closely with various teams to uphold AVT Travel's high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in providing high-quality customer service
• Experience in sales and knowledge of sales operations in Vietnam & Southeast Asia
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
